🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
⏳ Return/Exchange Window
You may return or exchange eligible items within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original packaging
With all tags attached
You must submit a reason for return, along with photos or videos (especially for defective or incorrect items).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased during sale or clearance events are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Custom or personalized items (if applicable in the future) will also be final sale.
🚚 Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For exchanges, customers will also be charged shipping for re-delivery.

Refunds are issued via bank transfer.
Customers must provide valid bank details upon return approval.
🕒 Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
💳 Future Credit Option
In certain cases, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund (subject to future implementation).
🔄 Exchange Policy
Customers may exchange for a different item, provided it is available.
If the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid before shipping.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Returned items not meeting the above criteria will not qualify for refund or exchange.
Vynka Store reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage not caused by us.
