At Vynka Store, we are committed to ensuring your jewelry reaches you safely and on time. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders within Pakistan.

📍 Shipping Coverage

We ship nationwide across Pakistan using PostEx as our primary courier partner. Whether you’re in a major city or a remote area, we aim to deliver to your doorstep.

⏱ Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

🚚 Delivery Time

After dispatch, deliveries typically take 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and weather conditions.
Please allow for possible delays during holidays or sale periods.

💸 Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are variable and depend on your location.
Free shipping is available on orders that exceed a certain value (displayed at checkout).

🔁 Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

The courier will attempt delivery once.
If the customer is unavailable, the parcel will be returned to us and the order will be automatically cancelled.
If the customer wishes to reschedule delivery, an additional shipping fee will apply.

📦 Parcel Opening & Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and allow customers to open the parcel before making payment to ensure satisfaction and transparency.

📲 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your parcel in real-time.

🚫 Express or Same-Day Delivery

We currently do not offer same-day or express delivery, even within Lahore.
